Born into a family of goldsmiths, Francis Gelb, and his wife Pascale, founded SABRE - a House of Cutlery in Paris in 1993. Almost all of the cutlery from SABRE is assembled by hand and by tradition.

According to the founders, “The SABRE soul” is a nomadic and friendly spirit, a sense of sharing and natural elegance. One that is constantly nourished by travels, encounters, legends, and colours. At Far West, we share this ethos and find kindred spirits here.

The SABRE Bistrot collection is inspired by French cafés, terraces, and restaurants. Pieces sold individually, not as a set.
