Part of our camp cookware collection, curated in partnership with chef, Lou Lambert we partnered with Austin's own, Weige Knives to develop an El Cosmico set of knives.
The El Cosmico 6" custom paring knife in American made 440c stainless steel, designed by Lou Lambert. Overall length is 7.5" w/ a Texas Mesquite wood handle from Georgetown, TX. The black liner is made from G10 and the bolster and pins are solid brass. Has a lanyard hole at the end of the knife for a leather strap or paracord. Comes w/ a custom leather sheath built by Brownlow leather in Austin, TX.
